I have heard bits and pieces of a requirement for schools to get
olympic-size-ice arenas by some late-'90's year.  My sources do not know
if this was created by NCAA or WCHA, nor do they know if it ithey still
plan to hold schools to it.  I have ONLY heard about this rule via
word-of-mouth, and I would like to know how valid it is.
 
Does anybody know about such a rule?
