The best players in Minnesota do not attend the UofM, just look at
their roster. They get the blue chippers from the twin cities and the
rest of them in out state minnesota go elsewhere to gain more playing
time. I commend the gophers for sticking to only Minnesota kids just
for the fact that it is a state funded univversity and I'd rather see my
tax dollars going to help Minnesota kids. (plus then I can watch SCSU
try to beat them) But with Mankato State preparing to enter the league
I don't forsee the tradition holding up. The talent pool in Minnesota
will be sorely depleated.

Question: NAME ONE TEAM WHO DOES NOT RECRUIT AT ALL IN MINNESOTA FOR
HOCKEY PLAYERS? (my point, the best players are not all at minnesota
if the other coaches are doing their recruiting jobs)

I wish this discussion was moved to a private level since this is the
umpteenth time I've seen it on the list.
