Am I the only one who is just now hearing about Nebraska-Omaha going to
Division I hockey next year, and also becoming affiliated with the WCHA?
 
Thank god for our friends in Minnesota, or I'm sure many of us would not
have gotten the press releases about Mankato as well....but anyway...
 
Does anyone have any official info on this matter?  Will they start out
like the Alaska schools did, by being "affiliated" for a season or two,
then go to full blown league schedules?
