There have been a number of unsportsmanlike conduct calls during Gopher
games this year.  At the time, I didn't have a good idea what they were
being called for; my speculation was that it was a variation on roughing
for those after the whistle skirmishes.  Now that I know about the new
taunting rule, that would be my guess.  So I think they have made an
appearance before this, but no one knew about it; at least I didn't.
