It's on page 49, don't have time to type it in...but part of it reads,
"taunting an official or opponent in order to incite the opponent into
incurring a penalty."

It is new this year, so that may be why...but I am still surprised that we
wouldn't have seen it before two months into the season.

:-) I think it is supposed to fall under unsportsmanlike conduct.
