In regards to Ralph's comments, first, I think RPI will need as many
recruits as possible, given the losses and the small soph (?) class ....
if not, it could be a long season next year.
 
On the hawk deal, out here on the CA central coast there is a very nice
bird that is called a red-tailed hawk, for obvious reasons, about the size
of a large crow, and it does a lot of cleaning of the roadkill from our
rural roads, typically perching on phone wires to watch for fresh food.
Maybe that is what they meant?  At any rate, the name Engineers and the
Red Hawk (whatever that is) certainly do not seem to go together.
 
Maybe the logo Hawk will have a slide rule (or calculator) dangling from
its belt?
