Much has been said about the format for the regionals, but what about
expanding the tournament to 16 teams with no teams having a bye?  I know
that it perhaps might be hard to justify 16 teams as being worthy, but with
the parity in college hockey it sure wouldn't be any less the exciting, and
might draw more fans to the regional sites.
