A quick comment for Rob Holmes...  THANKS!  Jeff Sauer certainly should be
considered for WCHA COTY.  Maybe he is most deserving, maybe not.
The point is that he has taken a team that wasn't supposed to do much this
year to a second place WCHA finish.  And baring a disaster in the WCHA
tourey, a likely NC$$ berth.
 
As far as Patrick Moore being "a loyal Badger fan",  spare us.  Lets
change your title to "a fair weather Badger fan".  While you may have a valid
point or two, you certainly have missed the fact that, under Jeff Sauer, the
Wisconsin program has been one of the top few in the nation!
And not all programs maintain success when a legend (i.e. Bob Johnson)
leaves.  Momentum will only carry a program so far.
