Everything is updated in the archives through the end of 1994. I do
have some questions, however, and hope a few people can help out.
* In the Saskatchewan Tourney, St Lawrence won its second game over
Calgary in a shootout after a 4-4 tie. Apparently the format of the
tourney provided for games to be settled this way. My question is,
how is St Lawrence reporting the result - is it a 4-4 tie, or a 5-4
win? I currently have it as a 4-4 tie but would like to hear
something definitive. And, was there an OT in the game? One more -
is SLU counting all 3 results from this tourney in its overall record?
I'm guessing they are.
* In the consolation of the Syracuse Invitational, Colgate beat Mass
Lowell, 4-3, in double overtime. How long was the game? I know some
tourneys have had the first OT last only 5 minutes while others have
played a full 20. This is important because if the game lasted longer
than 80:00, it belongs in the listing of the all-time longest games
that is in the archives. If it was over 80:00, I would need to
include the GWG scorer for Colgate, too.
* In the semifinal of the Denver Cup, Denver beat Ohio State...was it
5-3 or 4-3? I have seen both scores.
* Did Minnesota and Brynas play an OT in their 4-4 exhibition tie?
* One other score I have not heard was 12/31/94, Brynas and Wisconsin
(an exhibition).
Thank you in advance...
