A local Albany weekly paper, Metroland, which tries to be hip, kind of like
the Phoenix in Boston, although smaller and free, had a brief report on the
RPI-HE deal. It reported that 1) RPI was not going, 2) various reasons, one
of which was that the ECAC offered a "modest television contract." While I
have no way of judging the source or veracity of this, does anyone else
know about the status of a television contract for RPI, and more generally
for the ECAC as a whole?
