The charge just means that they received your application on time. The rep. I spoke with at Albany said that all orders will be charged, and if the applicant does not receive tickets, they will later be refunded the $$.

Subject: FF 2002 tix?
Hi all,
Please refresh my memory. If I see a new charge on my credit card for
$254., does that mean I'm getting tickets? I seem to recall a discussion
about the possibly of being charged now, but then getting a refund later
(i.e., the charge was tentative/temporary & not a guarantee).
Has anyone confirmed the process with NCAA/St.Paul folks?
Thanks,
Dave
