I've kept up with the Probeach Hockey because a friend, Ralph Barahona of
Wisconsin-Stevens Point and (six games) with the Boston Bruins played in it.
The season was actually played on weekends during the month of May.
 
Yes, that is the same Chris Nelson that played for the Badgers.  I haven't
recognized a lot of college names but many of the guys playing in that league
have California connections.  I don't think many guys (probably none) were
flying in and out each weekend to play.
