To clarify, the host schools are always guaranteed they will be able to play at
home in order to maximize attendance at the Regional sites.  This led to the
"screwing" in 1994 when Lowell got sent West in order to accomodate RPI, the
#12, at the Albany Knick.  Michigan State, I believe #11 overall at the time
also got to play at home and played at Munn Arena.  RPI could have played at
the Knick this year, but didn't make it out of Burlington. :-(
