Minnesota (1992-93, 42 GP) and Michigan State (1991-92, 44 GP) hold the record with 8 ties in a season.

Several other teams have recorded 7 ties:

1993-94: Northeastern, Mass Lowell (2 later forfeited to Lowell by Maine)
1991-92: Yale
1990-91: Minnesota-Duluth

Yale's 7 ties came in 27 games, so that is probably the record for highest ratio of ties to games played.

This year, Brown (6 in 18 GP) and Merrimack (5 in 23 GP) have recorded the highest number of ties.
