The NFL rating sucks.  Just don't throw interceptions and you're
rating will be good.  The college rating isn't that different.  And
they don't take into account intangibles, like leadership, which are
so important.
 
Actually, given the limited number of stats kept for hockey players in
general, I don't think this idea is plausible.
