07:05 OSU Randy Holmes (Craig Patterson)

Game notes: I was impressed by the play of OSU's goalie Tom Askey. OSU
Captain Phil Cadman gave UIC's power play a hard time by attacking deep in
the UIC zone. Derek Knorr and Mark Zdan continued their good skating for the
Flames. The Buckeyes make you pay every time you go for the puck.

There was an altercation (fight?) at 18:03 of the Third -- five players on
each team went to the box or locker room - including a double minor for each
team and an OSU major+DQ for spearing. So we had:
        OSU 5*2:00 + 5:00
        UIC 6*2:00
On the board were a 2:00 minor for UIC and 5:00 for OSU - so time ran out as
UIC was awaiting a power play!

Each team deserved at least one win -- both teams had a good weekend.
