One of the Canadian players slashed Jack Johnson, and Johnson retaliated with an elbow just after the open net goal. Johnson got a penalty as he should have, and also as he should have, received the player of the game award! But the Canadian fans were upset at his treatment of the Canadian player, so they booed Johnson EVERY time he touched the puck, and the Americans in general. So, what else is new?

I was watching the game. If Johnson was retaliating, it wasn't much of
a slash, because I didn't see it.
