RPI; ECAC
secondarily Maine (grew up here and moved back after graduation); that '93 Engineer championship in the Dexter Classic was fun :-)... (yes, I was in Troy when the Black Bears returned the favor at the RPI Invitational the next year.)
The Michigan fight song held no particular signficance for me until I sat one section over from the Wolverine band at the '95 Frozen Four. "The Victors" was played at just about every other stoppage for regulation plus three OTs; I had flashbacks for a year and a half. Of course, it would have been much worse if Maine had lost that game...

I notice there seem to be a lot of Michigan haters out there. Is this
primarily because of "that song" or are they intrinsically evil in some way?
I confess, I'm a second generation Michigan fan (mostly in football), and
was born in Ann Arbor, so I rather like the song.
