Same here -- I've been to 3 of the last 7 Frozen Fours (started by
going with Tony Buffa to the Anaheim event in 1999), and my priority
code consists of 3 letters and 7 numbers followed by a "-3". So, like
Craig, I concluded that that last trailing digit reflected my
priority level.
