Teams have been paired to form 6 pairs for 5 years starting in
2002-2003.  Pairs are paired to form 3 clusters and pairs will
rotate through each of the other pairs in succeeding years. So,
for 2002-03, Fairbanks and Omaha are paired and form a cluster
with Miami and Ohio State. Teams in a cluster play each other
team in the cluster 4 games, home and home, and play each other
conference team twice.
