Bob,

    I don't now much about the hotels but a great place for authentic
Buffalo wings and pizza is the LaHacienda Brighton. It's a little bit
north of town but well worth the drive - and I'm telling you this from
Denver! You'll be amazed at how inexpensive the pizza is if your from a
big eastern city.
