There have been a couple changes in some 91-2 schedules. If you are in
MENSA, you might be able to follow along. (^;

First, Minnesota had a contract to play at Michigan, so both schools
wanted to squeeze in the series if possible. The Gophers had an open
date on November 8-9, so this sounds like a good date.

But wait. The Wolverines were hosting Illinois-Chicago that weekend. No
problem: the Flames had an open date on Nov. 22-23. Move the UIC@Mich series
to later in the month.

But wait. Michigan was playing Bowling Green on the 22nd-23rd. No problem:
we'll just move that series to a pair if Tuesday nights since the schools
are less than 90 minutes apart. How do the 25th of February (at BG) and
March 3rd (at Michigan) sound? "Make it so."

So there you have it. BG and Michigan will now play all 4 of their games in the
final 5 weeks of the season.

Now, seriously, can you truthfully tell me that the change from 38 to 34
games (with only 6 MONTHS notice) was a good idea?? It sure has wreaked
havoc with BG's schedule.

Keith
