A Proposition 48 player is academically ineligible as a freshman, usually
because of low test scores.  In this case, however, it's because the goalie (I
believe his name is Debus; he played for the Rochester Mustangs in the USHL last
year) didn't take enough high school science classes to meet the NC$$ curriculum
requirements.
