Wisconsin dominated the game, opening a up a 5-0 lead early in the
second period. CC changed goaltenders and made it a bit closer, playing
aggressively and forcing/taking advantage of Badger defensive mistakes,
getting 3 goals in the rest of the period.

Wisconsin came out in the third with their act together again, and
scored an early (PP?) goal, which put the game out of reach for the
Tigers.

The game was chippier than last night, and had a fistfull of penalties,
mostly matching minors. The game ended without any incidents and the
badgers getting four more meaningless goals (except for Shawn Carter,
who got his first as a Badger, and Blaine Moore who picked up goal #4
for the night).

It was nice to see the badgers score a few, and play better. CC put
in a good effort, but cleary Wisconsin was the better team (thus
saith cdash, who is correcting my typing).

Jon Michelizzi played well in goal for the badgers. Paul Badalich
started for CC, seemed shakey, in giving up the first 5 (but several
were 2-1s). Sophomore Paul Frank looked good in the second period, but
gave up 5 in the third.

Now the question is, do I take off from work and go the final 5 in St. Paul?
