Not to raise false hopes, but a friend of mine got a phone call from the Excel ticket office yesterday and got Frozen Four tickets. They explained that about 200 tickets had been returned (by whom?) so that those high on the waiting list were now being given the option of purchasing tickets. He had originally had his credit card charged when he first applied, got a letter saying "sorry you didn't get any" and his credit card credited, and had just figured no luck. But.....
