The NCAA rule book states that in tournament games where there must
be a winner, overtimes will be 10 minutes long. However, in the
semifinals of the Syracuse Invitational, Colgate and Lowell played
four overtimes which were the standard five minutes each (according
to last week's Lowell press release). I recall that in last year's
UNH-Providence final of the Yoken's Comfort Inn Classic, OTs were
10 minutes. Can anyone explain what happened this year?
