Hey, I suspect that if the NCAA Div. I programs were ranked top to bottom
by median SAT of admittees (for example), Michigan would do quite nicely.
If they were ranked by median GRE of graduates (a better academic
indicator), I suspect with Michigan's strong grad-feeder programs they'd
approach the Ivies.
Being Big Ten doesn't *by itself* preclude them from being a good school.
