Mechanical services were able to get 1 of the 2 CRACs functioning. Room
temperatures are returning to normal with storage systems and VM
infrastructure coming back up.

All systems should be back to normal.

We have been limping along on 1 of 2 CRAC since Friday evening. Upon
inspection that evening, it was determined both units have one compressor
that was down due to low suction. Mechanical services recharged one of the
units with refrigerant and made some adjustments to help keep its pressure
up in the sub zero temperatures. They left the second one offline until it
can be repaired.

This morning at approx 1:30am outside temperatures rose high enough (above
0 F) that the single, adjusted CRAC unit did not keep the room cool.
Mechanical services was called back in and made additional adjustments to
the unit so that it is now able to keep up with the hat load of the room.

Work on both CRAC units will resume on Monday.
