Hello.  Public libraries will soon be receiving a mailing that contains two
surveys on the following topics:
 
--Summer Reading
--Homebound
 
The summer reading information will be used to provide libraries with
manuals and support materials.  The homebound survey will be used to create
a brochure for patrons seeking homebound information (a request that was
made of us by some libraries when we established Books By Mail homebound
service); it will also provide some information that will be shared at Maine
State Library Outreach's upcoming program on the topic at the Maine
Libraries Conference.
 
I wanted to mention that you may choose to fill these surveys out online
rather than in print format.  Libraries can find the homebound survey on the
Outreach main page:

Suggestion: If you can't immediately find what you're looking for on the web
site menu, you might want to try using the search box, which can sometimes
be a quicker way to find us.  As with everything, as web sites get larger
they become more and more complex, and searching can be a very useful tool.
