Notes:
 
-       This was an exciting game to watch, although the sparce
(3,500) crowd was pretty quiet until the 3rd when the "USA" chant
began.
-       Team USA moved the puck very well, but often tried for that
one pass too many.
-       Florida started kind of slow, slept through the 2nd period,
then woke up for an exciting 3rd period.
-       Team USA had a chnce to win with less than a minute
remaining, but Panther goalie Mark Fitzpatrick stopped Jim
Campbell on a breakaway and made a couple of quality saves in OT
to preserve the tie.
