interesting to look at the ranks.  Used this week's USA Today, USCHO and
INCH power ranks.  Included most recent CHODR in chart below, since many
team unranked in the three rankings. A quick and dirty tournament ranking is
by number of ranked teams playing.  Teams are listed in alpha order within
tournament. If the count of ranked teams is a tie then the one with highest
ranked team listed first.
