I sent an e-mail to the St. Paul Convention and Visitors Bureau last week,
to ask them about any shuttle service that might be available during the
Frozen Four.

Their response is below. I hope this is of some help...

Thank you for your interest in the NCAA Tournament.

As of now there is no shuttle system operated by the City of Saint Paul, our
Bureau or by anyone associated with the tournament.

For hotels, the Red Lion Hotel and Conference Center (651.735.2333) is
offering a shuttle service to downtown during the tournament for their
guests

I know that Capital City Trolley (651.223.5600) is providing shuttle service
to some of the area restaurants during Wild games and are planning to do so
for the tournament. In addtion, Dixies on Grand (651.222.7345) and a couple
other places are developing a shuttle system for Grand Ave during the
tournaments.

We are promoting the Metro Transit (www.metrotransit.org) $6 all-day pass as
an alternative.

I hope this information is of some help. Please feel free to contact me at
anytime if you need more information.
