Because of the difference of BU's ranking between the PWR and
OSR I decided to look at the PWR and compare the top 10 teams
in it with their rank in the OSR.  Below is the difference between
the two systems.  Teams are listed according their PWR rank with
the difference between the PWr and OSR also listed (i.e., Denver is
first in the PWR and fourth in the OSR, -3 positions).

Team difference
Denver  -3
St. Cloud  -1
UMass Lowell - 3
Minnesota +3
New Hampshire  0
Cornell  -4
Boston University  -16
Michigan State  +6
Colorado College  -7
Michigan  +2

I think the 7 position drop by CC and 6 position rise by MSU are
extreme enough, but a 16 position drop for BU?  To me this
confirms that the OSR has a fatal flaw.
