While this is very true, let's make sure we distinguish between
mistakes, and errors in judgement. Walsh's punishment is arbitrary; we
can only assume it was a just one. Let's do so. However, "2 + 2 = 5" is
a mistake; the key element seems to be intent. Is anyone else tired of
the current trend of referring to socio-ethical transgressions as
"mistakes"?
