Greg Berge followed up my post about the proposal to give each DivI
conference two automatic bids thusly:

Greg is right, the question remains as to how the second bid would be given
out in the event that the same team wins both the regular season and
tournament.  Would the second bid go to the tourney runner-up?  The regular
season runner-up?  Someone else or no one?  That is still to be determined
as best as I can tell.
