Unfortunately, that probably won't happen.  It typically takes some
form of adult leadership to do such things.   (-:
 
I get frustrated as a rules official for hockey players' summer sport
(golf) with a 144 page rule book and a 500 page interpretations book
that rules need to be so complex.  I also have similar feeling about
the 500 odd pages of NC$$ bylaws.
