I read in today's Boston Globe something about Shawn Walsh going over
to UMASS to coach the newest addition to Hockey East.  The article said that
Walsh could have the job if he wants it.  Does anyone know if there is any
chance of Shawn Walsh leaving Maine to take this position?  Walsh leaving
Maine to take over a club at UMASS would be like the Coach of the Russian Olymp
ic hockey Team leaving to coach for Japan!  I disregarded the article as
fiction but if anyone knows it to be fact (or close to fact) let me know.
