Sorry no report last night,  I just arrived back home from Marquette and
    the State football semi finals.
 
      friday night  UMD 6  MTU 4  Ram made 41 saves, no other details
 
      Sat  From the radio on the ride back home.  UMD 6 MTU 1
               Tech had 5 players out with injuries tonight.
                No details  cept UMD lost the shutout with less
                than a min to go, after receiving 2  penalties in 45 seconds
                one for checking Goaltender Scott Vetrino, and then for
                slashing him 45 seconds later.  Nice job, up 6-0 go hacking
                away on a goalie.....

   On a Happier note.... The Lake Linden Hubbell Lakes faced downstate Marion
       (ave 230lbs on the line) in the state semi finals in class DD football
        tonight in the Superior Dome (HOME SWEET DOME!) This was supposed to be
        our first challange of the season.  We came home with a 22-0 victory,
        allowing Marion only 56 yards total offense!  Its off to the PONTIAC
        SILVER DOME next saturday for the state final!
 
  Sorry Carol and Erik we won't be making the trip to Minn next weekend,
      WE have a MUCH bigger PARTY to attend!   GO LAKES!
