The other day, I saw College Hockey USA, and they gave a nod to
Clarkson for winning their 1000 victory (congratulations, Golden
Knights!). They also mentioned the other teams with over 1000 wins. I
found it interesting that there was one in each of the four
conferences:

WCHA CCHA Hockey East ECAC
---- ---- ----------- ----
Minnesota Michigan Boston College Harvard

Well, all very interesting. But I want to know more! What are the
next teams in each of the divisions? Obviously it is Clarkson in the
ECAC, but what about the others? Here are my guesses:

WCHA CCHA Hockey East ECAC
---- ---- ----------- ----
Denver Mich. State Boston University Clarkson

Can somebody confirm/deny these? Does anyone have the overall records
for, say, the top 15 hockey programs? Erik B. mentioned that he added
up Minnesota's, and they were somewhere around 1200. Hockey coach
great Len Ceglarski had nearly 700 wins with BC, how many total do
they have? And BU has 450 wins under Jack Parker alone, so they must
be close to 1000 overall, I would think. How close?

Can anyone shed some light on this? I apologize if it is in the
archives already, but I couldn't find anything about it.
