     I noticed that in the Olympics they also allowed players who had
already participated to shoot again when the score remained tied after
the first five "rounds".  If they're going to have these shootouts,
shouldn't they at least attempt to keep some (albeit miniscule) semblance
of a team game by making teams go deeper into their bench rather than
having the top 5 stars keep shooting?
