Scope: Conductivity through the Porltand DataCenter

Summary: 
	Will be upgrading routers to new chassis hardware.  Connections
through GW-Portland and GW-Portland4 will be interupted.


All conductivity through the Portland Datacenter maybe affected.  We
will attempt to make the outages brief  but expect a few outages while
port and connections are migrated.  


The following services will be affected:
- Akamai Farm
- Connection from MSLN to internet
- Connection to Orono
- UMS connection to the Internet
- Connections through the Cienna equipment/MaineRen
- Video equipment in Payson-Smith hung off of CAT-P-Payson
- Connection to State Government
- Various TW connections including LakeRegionHS, Southparis Ctr,
RockLand Ctr, KennebunkHS, Westbrook Schools, SouthPortland Schools,
LincolnAcademy
- USM connnection to LAC
- users on the shared modem pool
- voice-gateway: PRI will show as down and take alternate routes.
