Summary: 
	We will be doing maintenance on the equipment in Bangor.  This will affect connections for;

16 Central Street,
University of Maine Museum of Art,
University College of Bangor,
MPBN,
and 
Links from Orono to Portland,
and Orono to Bangor.

This will be an extended outage and likely last for the duration of the maintenance window.

This may affect the Time Warner peering.
