Hey, you left out San Jose State.  Actually, why is hockey so big in the East
and so small in the West?  The WCHA has two teams west of the Mississippi
river (now 3 with Anchorage).  What's wrong with Montana, Idaho, Washington?
That is, why is college hockey so underdeveloped along the Northern tier of
states out West compared to the East?  Is there some historical reason?
