The Boston Globe ignored this game, neglecting even to put a score in
the late edition. The guy on the "Big Red Hotline" sounded suicidal
as he described it - well, 'tis the season.
 
I-don't-know-what-this-has-to-do-with-hockey department: when the
Cornell men's basketball team defeated #19 California last night,
74-54, it was their first victory over a top-20 team since 1966!
