The Dutchmen blank Vermont and extend their unbeaten streak to 6. [4-0-2]

Union began the weekend with a share of the third longest unbeaten streak in
Division I.
Current Unbeaten Streak: W- L- T Games [entering weekend]

All 4 Union goals came on special teams, scoring 3x on PP and once
shorthanded.

Union sweeps the Cats, winning the 2 games by a combined 9-2.

It's Union's first win ever at Gutterson Field House after 10 straight
losses.

Brandon Snee records the shutout, making 28 saves, and notches his 11th win
of the season. It's Union first shutout since Snee shutout Cornell 2-0 on
November 10, 2000.

Jordan Webb scored 20 seconds into the game, deflecting a Randy Dagenais
shot.

Dagenais added the Dutchmen's 2nd goal at 13:46 of the 2nd.

The Dutchmen made it 3-0 at 19:15 of the 2nd on a Jeff Hutchins goal. Each
of the first three Union goals were scored on the PP.

Nathan Gillies completed the scoring with a shorthanded goal at 9:04 of the
3rd.

Union faces Dartmouth in Hanover on Saturday--the teams tied 3-3 last Friday
in Schenectady. Dartmouth rallied from a 2-0 deficit to tie RPI 2-2 tonight.
Elsewhere, Cornell beat Harvard 6-3 and Colgate edged Brown 2-1.

[Thanks to Vermont radio announcer Jack Healy for lots of details on his
wrap-up.]
