TIES?
The first tiebreaker is head-to-head record.
For 2nd-4th:
BU: vs PC 1-1-1, vs NH 1-2-0
NH: vs BU 2-1-0, vs PC 0-3-0
PC: vs BU 1-1-1, vs NH 3-0-0
For 5th-6th:
  BC: vs ML 1-1-1
  ML: vs BC 1-1-1
For 7th-8th:
  MC: vs NU 1-2-0
  NU: vs MC 2-1-0

The second tiebreaker is number of league wins.

EAGLES CLINCH 5TH
BC's win over Lowell gave them 5th place. The Eagles are 4 pts ahead
of Lowell and if the teams tied with 22 pts, the first tiebreaker would
be even (1-1-1) but going to the 2nd, number of league wins, BC would have
8 and Lowell only 7. BC can even finish 4th - see below.

HUSKIES CAN STILL FINISH 6TH
NU can finish 6th if it wins its final two games and Lowell loses its final
two. The teams would be tied with 14 points, but NU would win the head-
to-head tiebreaker, 2-1-0. That makes the NU-Lowell game Friday a big one.

EAGLES CAN STILL TAKE HOME ICE SPOT
BC can still finish 4th ahead of BU if it wins its final two games and
BU loses to Merrimack. BC plays BU Friday, and BC would have to win
that game. If the teams finish tied with 22 pts, BC wins the head-to-
head tiebreaker (would be 2-0-1 vs BU).
BU needs one point in its final two games to wrap up a home ice spot.

WARRIORS APPEAR HEADED TO MAINE
The magic number for NU to finish 7th is 2 points - any combination of
NU getting two points or Merrimack losing two. Merrimack can only finish
ahead of NU if it gets three more points than NU this coming weekend -
if NU loses to both UML and BC, MC needs at least a win and a tie against
UNH and BU. If NU ties and loses, MC must win both. If NU gets at least
a win or two ties, they finish ahead of Merrimack.
