Going home has already been mentioned. It may be that SLU's recent
troubles have put some pressure on Marsh. Certainly the fact that they
have struggled while Clarkson has been strong can't help, either. Yes,
Joe Marsh took the Saints to the Phinal Phour, but one could argue that he
hasn't done a whole lot lately.
 
That said, I would be surprised to see Joe Marsh move. SLU has just
started awarding hockey scholarships. (I think they started this year,
but I could be wrong. Sara?) I don't think Marsh would want to leave just
as SLU was starting to compete on a level playing field with Clarkson,
UVM, RPI, etc.
