The 1997-8 Boston University men's ice hockey schedule was
just posted to HOCKEY-L, and unfortunately, Cornell is not on it. For
the past few years, BU has been playing Cornell in odd-numbered years
and Harvard in even-numbered years on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving.
(The Terriers came to Lynah in 1993, and the Red visited Walter Brown
Arena in 1995.) Unfortunately, that pattern has now been broken, as
BU is visiting Harvard on that evening. Anyone know why?
What a bummer. (Unlike the '95 contest, a 7-1 drubbing, I
think it would have been a good game this year.)
