Awesome, simply awesome.  It is a shame somebody had to lose.  Dauber
was outstanding.  I was as close as anyboy save the goal judge as i
stand in the corner at that end.  It became clear that it would take
almost a lynching for Don Adam to call a penalty after the middle of
the 3rd period.  It was nice that the game did not swing on a penalty.
 
CC seemed to be getting relatively stronger after the 1st ot, possibly
the altitude had something to do with it.
 
Yes, some fans left, but not many.  CCs coaches led the handshake
line, and the folks at our end all applauded the Badger Effort.  I'm a
bit spent too.
