According to various sources the UMD Bulldogs have singed four forwards
during the early signing period:
 
1. Ryan Nosan-played H.S. hockey at Lake of the Woods-Baudette and also
Cloquet. Put up big numbers at Lake of the Woods along with his brother Joe
who is now playing at UW River Falls or Stout, or somewhere else in the
Wisconsin sytem.  Now playing at Melfort.
 
2. Shawn Pogreba-will finish his senior year at St. Paul Johnson playing
alongside Mike Lyons who signed with the Gophers. Three sport standout in
football, hockey and baseball. Quality individual, as is Mike Lyons, who
gets good grades, and is focused.  Lyons is the better recruit, but Pogreba
should learn quickly.  St. Paul Johnson has a  few Division I players now
in the WCHA.  Chad Remackel is an alternate captain at CC, Randy Best and
Jay Guisebauer play for St. Cloud State.
 
3. Jeff Scissons- playing for Vernon of the British Columbia Juior League.
 
4. Colin Anderson-playing for Melfort in the Saskatchewan Juior League.
